Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use PostVIA, a service for creating, scheduling and publishing social media posts.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Who provides PostVIA
PostVIA is operated by Vladimir Kotenev, an individual. Contact: hello@postvia.online.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostVIA.
You need a verified email address to use PostVIA. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
One free trial is available per person. Creating additional accounts to get more trials is not allowed.
Your content
You keep the rights to the content you create and upload. You give PostVIA permission to store it and send it to the social networks you choose, only to provide the service.
You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each social network.
Connected social accounts
Social accounts are connected through our publishing partner's authorization flow. Each network decides which accounts and content it accepts.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a number of publications per period, connected accounts and storage, as shown on the pricing page. New actions beyond these limits are blocked until you upgrade or add a top-up.
Payments
Purchases are sold by Link (Link Money Technologies, a Stripe company), which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Link processes the payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes and sends receipts and invoices. Its own terms apply to the purchase.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel, change your plan or update your payment method at any time in Billing; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable taxes; your card may be charged in your local currency.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use PostVIA to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or to bypass limits, security checks or abuse protections.
Availability of the service
We work to keep PostVIA available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Social networks and our publishing partner can change or restrict their interfaces, which may delay or prevent a publication; we are not responsible for decisions made by a social network.
PostVIA is not a backup service: media is kept only for the periods described in the Privacy Policy, so keep your own copies.
Liability
PostVIA is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for PostVIA in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
When an account is suspended, its scheduled publications are cancelled.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using PostVIA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator resides. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before its courts.
