Short answer: in Buffer's analysis of more than 8.7 million posts on X (published March 2026), the top slot of the week was Tuesday at 9 a.m., followed by Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 9 a.m. Weekday mornings between 9 and 11 a.m. were the most reliable window, and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday were the best days.
