Bulk video scheduling: plan a video series in one sitting
How to upload a batch of videos and turn it into a schedule with a fixed interval using PostVIA Bulk Video.
By PostVIA Team

Video series work best when they come out regularly. Bulk Video in PostVIA turns a batch of videos into a schedule in one go.
What you need
- the videos you want to publish, in the order they should go out;
- the accounts to publish to — for example TikTok, YouTube and Instagram;
- a start time and an interval.
Upload the batch
Open Bulk Video and upload your videos. They go directly from your browser to secure storage. You can give each video its own caption or use one default caption for all of them.
Choose the interval
Pick a preset — every hour, every 3, 6 or 12 hours, daily, every two days or weekly — or enter your own interval. Daily and weekly intervals keep the same local time, even when daylight saving time changes.
Review the preview
Before anything is created, PostVIA shows the full queue: every video with its date and time, and the number of publications the batch needs. Every video goes to every selected account, and each of those is one publication.
If something is wrong — a video that a network would not accept, or not enough publications left — PostVIA tells you what and nothing is scheduled. A batch is scheduled completely or not at all.
After scheduling
Each video becomes a normal scheduled post. You can see them in the calendar, move one to another time or cancel it without touching the rest of the series.
