How to schedule one post to several social networks
A step-by-step guide to writing one post in PostVIA and scheduling it to several social accounts at once.
By PostVIA Team

Publishing the same update to several networks by hand means repeating the same steps again and again. In PostVIA you write the post once and choose every account it should go to.
Before you start
You need a PostVIA account and at least one connected social account. Accounts are connected one at a time in Accounts, through each network's authorization flow.
1. Write the post
Open the composer with Create post. Write the common caption and add images or a video. Media keeps one shared order for every destination, and you can reorder it by dragging.
2. Choose the accounts
Select the accounts you want to publish to. PostVIA checks the post for every selected platform while you type — for example caption length, or whether a network needs media.
3. Adjust per platform where needed
If a network needs different wording, open its tab and give it its own caption. Networks without their own caption use the common one.
4. Pick the time
Choose Schedule and pick a date and time. Times use the time zone from your Settings. Before you confirm, PostVIA shows the accounts, the time and how many publications the post will use: one per account.
5. Follow the result
Each account gets its own status in Posts and in the calendar. If one network rejects the post, the others are not affected, and you can retry only the failed account.
Tip: until shortly before the scheduled time you can still move the post to another time, or cancel it to edit it as a draft.
