How to schedule TikTok posts on iPhone, Android and desktop

How to schedule TikTok videos in TikTok itself or with PostVIA — from your phone or computer — and how to plan a whole series of videos at once.

A queue of TikTok videos scheduled at a daily interval

Short answer: you can schedule a TikTok post in TikTok itself — in TikTok Studio on the web and, for many accounts, in the app — or with a scheduling tool like PostVIA, which works in any browser on iPhone, Android or a computer and can queue a whole series of videos at once.

Option 1: schedule in TikTok

On a computer: open TikTok Studio in your browser, upload the video, add the caption and settings, then choose to schedule instead of posting now and pick the date and time.

On a phone: in the TikTok app, prepare the video as usual. On the final screen, look for the scheduling option in the post settings. It is not available on every account and in every region, so if you do not see it, use TikTok Studio on the web or a scheduling tool.

TikTok limits how far ahead a post can be scheduled; the scheduling screen shows the allowed range.

Option 2: schedule with PostVIA

PostVIA runs in the browser, so the steps are the same on iPhone, Android and a computer:

  1. Connect TikTok once through TikTok's authorization flow.
  2. Create a post and add a video or images — a TikTok post contains either a video or images, not both.
  3. Write a TikTok-specific caption if you want it to differ from your other networks.
  4. Choose the date and time in your time zone and schedule it.

The post appears in the calendar, where you can move or cancel it until it is published. The same video can go to YouTube and Instagram in the same step.

Schedule a series of TikTok videos at once

Posting regularly is easier when a week or a month is prepared in advance. With Bulk Video Scheduling in PostVIA:

  1. Upload a batch of videos in the order they should go out.
  2. Choose the TikTok account and, if you like, other video networks.
  3. Set a start time and an interval, such as daily or every two days.
  4. Review the full queue and confirm.

Daily and weekly intervals keep the same local time, even when daylight saving time changes.
